Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time

Every item is made to order. Production starts after you approve your design proof and takes 5 to 8 business days. Shipping time is added after production. During busy seasons (Mother’s Day, Pastor Appreciation, Christmas, Valentine’s Day), production may take longer. Need it sooner? Rush production (less than 5 business days) is available for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and the rush fee.

Shipping rates

• Small items (ornaments, keychains, slates, name badges, mirrors, wallets, stockings): $5 for the first item, plus $1 for each additional item.
• Standard Shipping: $10 for the first item, plus $2 for each additional item.
• Photo Wall Art: $30 shipping. Free with Local Pickup in Freeport, NY.
• Local Pickup in Freeport, NY: free. We will contact you when your order is ready.

The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on your location. We ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Sales tax

New York State sales tax is applied at checkout to orders delivered to or picked up in New York, as required by law.

Wrong address, lost or delayed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund & Returns Policy: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
